Behold, 1964 Rolex Daytona Ref. 6239 Advertisement "It's called Le Mans".  The Holy Grail of Daytona ads although the first technical "Daytona" Ad was produced in 1965. This is most likely the very first Rolex produced advertisement of a 4 digit reference "Daytona" and the most coveted for collectors. Referred to as The Le Mans ad or the Up-side down Daytona Ad it was printed in 1 single publication only 1 time in early 1964.  Produced long before collectors were interested in these timepieces. This was a tool watch built for a purpose.  Vintage "Daytona" and "Paul Newman" ads are exceedingly rare and difficult to find. This is without a doubt the rarest most desirable of all of them and the Gem of any collection.
